Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager of Strategic Initiatives and
Research.
Key Responsibilities
Define and lead the strategic research agenda, creating tools and
solutions that align with the firm's go-to-market strategy
Act as a senior content expert, facilitating cross-team
collaboration and contributing to the Knowledge Hub
Partner with the Operating Team to execute key firm priorities and
lead complex initiatives that enhance client impact and growth
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; master's degree in business or related
field preferred
4+ years of consulting experience at a top-tier strategy consulting
firm or 10+ years of relevant industry experience
Expertise in people analytics is highly preferred
Strong analytical skills with experience in handling large
datasets
Proficiency in business development processes and tools such as
Excel and Salesforce/CRM platforms
