Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Net Patient Revenue,
responsible for overseeing financial reporting and compliance
related to net patient revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee financial reporting processes for net patient revenue,
ensuring data accuracy and compliance with regulations
Lead the implementation of a new contractual discounts and
allowance estimation tool to enhance revenue forecasting
Standardize reconciliation processes for patient revenue accounts
and provide financial insights to leadership
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
Master's degree preferred
CPA certification preferred
8-10 years of accounting or finance experience, with 3-5 years in a
healthcare environment focusing on net patient revenue
Experience with revenue cycle management and healthcare financial
reporting
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and healthcare reimbursement
regulations
