Job Description:
A company is looking for a Freelance Book Translator to work
directly with authors and assist in translating their stories into
different languages.
Key Responsibilities
Translate books from English to specified languages (German,
Italian, French, Spanish, Portuguese)
Collaborate with authors throughout the translation process
Ensure high-quality translations that resonate with target
audiences
Required Qualifications
3+ years of translating experience
At least 5 published books that are well-reviewed in the relevant
language pairs
Experience working for a traditional publisher is preferred
Ability to copy-edit/proofread translations is a plus
