Job Description:
A company is looking for a VP of Medicare Duals (Remote within
the US).
Key Responsibilities
Lead financial performance to meet membership, earnings, and
quality targets
Conduct industry and market research to inform business
strategies
Oversee provider contracting strategies and ensure compliance with
regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA) preferred
At least 15 years of experience in Medicare and Medicaid (LTSS)
Proven leadership experience in a large, matrixed organization
Strong analytical skills and ability to manage complex dual
population scenarios
Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry is highly
desirable
