Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Innovation and
Process Improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the development and implementation of complex
cross-functional business processes and improvements
Execute change management plans and facilitate communication on
project status and issues
Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement process
improvements for R&D
Required Qualifications:
Doctorate degree & 2 years of project management experience OR
Master's degree & 4 years OR Bachelor's degree & 6 years OR
Associate's degree & 10 years OR High School diploma/GED & 12 years
of project management experience
BA/BS/BSc in the sciences or business-related field preferred
9 years of work experience in life sciences or medically related
field, including 6 years in biopharmaceutical clinical product
development
Knowledge of systems development lifecycle and change management
tools and processes
Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in word processing,
presentation, and spreadsheet applications
