Job Description:
A company is looking for an ACC Sales Network Support Specialist
to provide technical sales support and training in a remote
setting.
Key Responsibilities
Verify data network designs and manage technical sales
administration for ACC Business products
Support sales production through direct customer interactions and
team assistance
Develop and facilitate technical training for agents on new
products and processes
Required Qualifications
Experience in customer sales of telecommunication products
Previous experience in developing and facilitating product
training
Understanding of network design concepts such as SIP and MPLS
Ability to serve as a technical resource within the
organization
Experience in complex feature and network design negotiations
