Job Description:
A company is looking for an Industrial Associate Sales
Specialist to drive sales growth in industrial markets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify new business opportunities in industrial
sectors through lead generation and market research
Engage with customers via cold calls and emails to understand their
needs and recommend suitable solutions
Schedule and conduct meetings or product demonstrations,
maintaining a pipeline of qualified opportunities using CRM
tools
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in inside sales, BDR, or a similar role in
industrial, technical, or B2B sales
Understanding of industrial technologies, processes, or systems
Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Sciences,
or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Familiarity with industries like manufacturing, environmental
monitoring, or energy is preferred
