As a Project Assistant at PJF Corp, you will ensure smooth project
operations by managing documentation and compliance. This role
offers a unique blend of administrative and project support
responsibilities, making you a key player in keeping our operations
running like a well-oiled machine. You'll also support Project
Managers and Site Superintendents with material procurement,
research, and document management, making each project run more
smoothly. From ensuring Prime Contracts are signed and saved, to
handling permit filing and managing Bonds and Builder's Risk
Insurance Policies, you'll be at the heart of our project's

you.Key Responsibilities:including, but not limited to:Distribute
Letters of Intent and manage related documentation.Create,
distribute, and collect signed Commitments and Purchase Orders.
Provide second-level approval for Commitments and Purchase
Orders.Participate in procurement meetings to assist with project
needs.Maintain and update the Project Summary List.Import budget
data into Procore to ensure accurate financial tracking.Provide
ongoing administrative support for Project Managers and Site
Superintendents, including material procurement, research, and
document management.Ensure the Prime Contract is received, signed,
and saved prior to the start of work (with the actual signed
contract being the responsibility of Sales/Estimating).Handle
permit filing and ensure all necessary permits are properly
documented.File Preliminary State Construction Registry notices as
required.Manage the filing of Bonds (Payment and Performance, UDOT)
for projects.Obtain and manage Builder's Risk Insurance Policies
for each assigned project.Support Project Managers.

documentation and communication practices (RFIs, Change Orders,
drawings, specs, submittals).Basic understanding of laws and legal
concepts relating to contracts, liens, and insurance.Detail
oriented, follow up, Strong organizational, and multitasking skills
are also essential for managing project tasks efficiently. Advanced
technological skills (smartphones, laptops, tablets used in the
daily management of projects).Proficiency with Office 365 products
(Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Project).Education/ExperienceHigh School
diploma or GED (Required)Construction Experience: 2 years
(Preferred)License/CertificationProcore certified (or a commitment
to be certified within 90 days of hire)Work Environment: While
performing the duties of this job, the employee will primarily work
in a professional office setting. This environment is equipped with
