Compensation Consultant

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Compensation Consultant to provide compensation consultation services and support organizational pay practices.

Key Responsibilities

Consults with management to develop job structures and pay practices
Performs job market analysis and participates in salary surveys
Develops compensation analytics and metrics reports for HR and Compensation teams

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
Seven years of experience in compensation or related field
No professional license or certification required
Ability to perform physical tasks related to the job
Compliance knowledge of Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and other regulations
