Job Description:

A company is looking for a Temporary Onboarding Coordinator (Support Role).
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with team members to execute onboarding steps, including configuration and training
Assist with scheduling meetings and tracking onboarding progress to ensure timely task completion
Provide administrative support by maintaining records and managing communication throughout the onboarding process

Required Qualifications

Associate degree in a relevant field such as operations, administration, or customer success
Experience in supporting teams, managing processes, or coordinating operations
Proven experience in administrative or customer-facing roles
Familiarity with software tools for note-taking and task management
Ability to work within established frameworks and processes
