Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Lead to manage
client relationships and support their objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage existing client relationships, ensuring retention and
renewal processes are organized
Collaborate with teams to scope and deliver activities on time and
to high standards
Drive client expansion revenues and manage new client pilot
activities with clear KPIs
Required Qualifications
Educated to at least degree level or equivalent in marketing or
business
5+ years of experience in account management, customer success,
insight, or research
Previous experience working with FMCG companies and brands
Good understanding of marketing and client issues
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a
team
