A company is looking for a Lead, AR Recovery.
Key Responsibilities
Organize and manage daily activities of the AR Follow-Up
Representatives team
Monitor production goals and conduct quality assurance audits
Provide coaching, training, and performance management for team
members
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in UB-04 Follow-Up and
Contract/Reimbursement Analysis
2+ years in a supervisory role
Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, and/or Commercial billing
Detailed understanding of healthcare insurance follow-up
processes
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is
preferred
