Job Description:
A company is looking for a Candidate Experience Coordinator to
enhance the recruiting process through exceptional communication
and logistical support.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage all candidate interviews, ensuring timely
scheduling
Maintain clear, professional, and proactive communication with
candidates throughout the hiring process
Ensure accuracy and organization of candidate information and
recruiting data in the applicant tracking system
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in a recruiting or
administrative/professional services setting, with ATS experience
preferred
Some experience managing projects or coordinating tasks
Clear, polished, professional, and engaging written and verbal
communication
Keen attention to detail and accuracy in work processes
Strong ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with
diverse teams
