Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Enablement Specialist
responsible for managing account requests and troubleshooting
issues.
Key Responsibilities
Create and process new account requests from providers
Troubleshoot technical issues with account setup and perform
consumer outreach
Maintain EpicCare Link and process medical requests and account
mergers
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
4+ years of customer service experience
1+ years of experience in technical troubleshooting and/or system
navigation
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel macros and pivot
tables
Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
