Job Description:
A company is looking for a Derivatives Attorney with over 5
years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
Advise business teams on legal and regulatory matters related to
structured products linked to equity, fixed income, and credit
Prepare, negotiate, and execute various equity derivatives
agreements, including loan documents and ISDA confirmations
Coordinate with legal departments and compliance to ensure
documentation is updated on regulatory changes and internal
approvals
Required Qualifications
5+ years of relevant experience at a law firm or broker-dealer
Knowledge of cryptocurrencies
Familiarity with the Securities Acts of 1933 and 1934, and Title
VII of the Dodd Frank Act
Understanding of ISDA and equity derivatives products
Active member in good standing with either the New York Bar or
Florida Bar
