Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Services Specialist
responsible for providing support for software and hardware
issues.
Key Responsibilities
Provide quality service and support to customers and internal
users
Log, track, and prioritize support calls, ensuring timely
resolutions
Identify trends in support calls and develop documentation for
common issues
Required Qualifications
Minimum of one year experience in a technical support
environment
Strong diagnostic and analytical skills for software and IS
applications
Proficiency in Linux OS, VPN protocols, and LAN/WAN protocols
Ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude under
pressure
Strong customer focus and service-oriented attitude
