Job Description:
A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer, Lead
(Fintech).
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a small engineering team while contributing
hands-on as a Staff Software Engineer
Own and lead the technical architecture and implementation of
payment products
Participate in incident response and guide resolution efforts
during on-call rotations
Required Qualifications
8+ years of full-stack experience with large-scale,
mission-critical systems
Experience with payment systems and PCI compliance
Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g.,
Python, Java, Go); Elixir is a plus
Ability to make sound design and implementation decisions
considering scale and operational feasibility
Demonstrated leadership skills with a balance of technical and
strategic thinking
