Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Learning Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize the operational rhythm of the Learning Center
of Excellence
Develop a team to create best-in-class content and deliverables
Oversee vendor relationships and budgets, including third-party due
diligence processes
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in learning operations, training leadership,
or a similar role
Bachelor's degree in Business, Instructional Design, Communication,
Adult Learning, Marketing, or equivalent experience
Advanced project management skills with a proven ability to manage
multiple priorities effectively
Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
Familiarity with learning technologies, science, and analytics
