Job Title: Senior Specialist, Program Management -Job Code: 20024Job Location: Salt Lake City, UTJob Schedule: 9/80 REG -Job Description:L3Harris' Broadband Communication Systems sector is currently seeking a Sr Spec, Program Mgmt to join our team. This position will be based at our Salt Lake City, UT facility. - This person will contribute to the company's success by providing onsight guidance and oversight to our portfolio of IRAD programs. This Sr Spec, Program Management will lead multi-functional teams in program execution, financial management, risk & opportunity management, proposal and production execution. -Essential Functions:

• Develop and implement program strategies, plans, and objectives that align with the organization's goals.
• Lead and mentor project managers and teams to achieve program milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-project activities and facilitate collaboration across multiple departments and stakeholders.
• Manage program budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and financial objectives are met.
• Monitor and report on program performance, providing regular updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate program risks, implementing solutions to overcome obstacles and challenges.
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners, vendors, and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and organizational policies.
• Drive continuous improvement within the program, leveraging best practices and lessons learned from project execution.
• Conduct regular program reviews and post-implementation evaluations to assess outcomes and impact. -Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years prior related experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.Preferred Additional Skills: -
  • Requires broad management and leadership knowledge to lead cross-department project teams or manage across the function.
