Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mid-Market Customer Success Manager
(CA) to manage a portfolio of mid-market accounts and drive product
adoption and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of mid-market accounts, working with district
leaders to achieve their goals
Leverage data and customer insights to drive product adoption,
renewal, and expansion
Collaborate with the Professional Learning team to ensure tailored
professional development training for clients
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience managing accounts in EdTech with a focus on
revenue growth and retention
Experience in client success planning and understanding client
goals
Strong product knowledge and regional expertise in building client
relationships
Experience with Gainsight and Salesforce (SFDC) is a plus
Experience owning renewals as a Customer Success Manager in an
EdTech company is required
