Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of R&D Quality.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement R&D quality strategies aligned with
organizational goals and regulatory standards
Ensure robust quality management systems (QMS) are in place and
monitor compliance with internal and external standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality into
every phase of product development and lead risk management
efforts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Science or Pharmacy
preferred
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in quality management within
R&D or product development, with at least 5 years in a
leadership role
Experience in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals,
biotechnology, or medical devices
Strong understanding of R&D processes, including design control
and regulatory requirements
Familiarity with relevant quality standards (e.g., FDA, USP)
