Job Description:

A company is looking for a Junior Sales Manager (all genders).

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain customer relationships in the healthcare sector
Manage the entire sales cycle from identifying potential customers to lead qualification
Conduct market analysis and identify new business opportunities

Required Qualifications

Completed commercial or healthcare training with 1-2 years of sales experience, or a comparable degree
Strong communication skills with excellent German (C2) and good English (B2+) proficiency
Proficiency in CRM tools, such as HubSpot
Experience in B2B customer interactions preferred
Experience in the healthcare sector is desirable
