Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Program Manager for
the Account Management team.
Key Responsibilities
Support knowledge transfer during and after onboarding
Coach and develop Account Managers at all stages of development
Collaborate with leadership and other program managers to identify
and solve issues
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of prior work experience in Sales Enablement
1-3 years of experience as a quota-carrying Account Manager or
Account Manager manager
Excellent content development and delivery skills
Proven track record of developing new talent
Creative problem-solving skills
