Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Customer Experience to
lead the transformation of customer experience across B2C and B2B
platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive customer experience strategy,
including customer journey mapping and feedback analysis
Lead and manage a team of web developers and UX/UI designers to
ensure high performance and collaboration
Conduct regular analysis of customer feedback and data to identify
areas for improvement and enhance overall customer experience
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing or relevant field
5-8 years of experience in customer experience or product
management
Strong understanding of software engineering and digital
marketing
Experience with budgeting, vendor contract negotiations, and fiscal
management
Ability to lead a team and collaborate with cross-functional
partners
