Job Description:
A company is looking for a Launch Operations Manager to oversee
program launches and optimize processes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support a team of launch managers and ambassadors to
ensure successful program adoption and implementation
Manage project planning and execution of new program launches,
collaborating with cross-functional teams
Analyze program outcomes and implement process improvements to
enhance launch efficiency and documentation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, business
administration, or a related field preferred
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in program management, focusing on
energy efficiency or related fields
Proven track record of managing large-scale programs in dynamic
environments
Knowledge of energy efficiency and demand response technologies and
best practices
PMP Certification or equivalent preferred
