Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Coding.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Coding Auditor staff, including hiring, training, and
mentoring
Oversee workflows, prepare staffing schedules, and ensure timely
task completion
Conduct audits and participate in provider education programs for
compliance with coding guidelines
Required Qualifications:
Associate's degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute
for a degree
Active CCS, CCS-P, CPC, CPC-H, CPMA, or CRC credential
Minimum of five (5) years of coding experience
Minimum of three (3) years of coding auditing experience in
healthcare
Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of supervisory
experience
