Job Description:
A company is looking for an Engineering Team Leader - Identity &
Access Management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a small product team of 3-5 engineers while participating in
product development
Provide technical guidance on Identity and Access Management
technology and systems
Oversee hiring and onboarding processes for new engineers and
manage team dynamics
Required Qualifications
Track record of managing an engineering team of at least 2
people
Senior-level experience with Backend programming
languages/frameworks (Elixir/Phoenix)
Experience in developing IAM-related features such as Role-Based
Access Control, SAML/OIDC SSO, OAuth2
Commitment to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion within

Good understanding of team dynamics and ability to inspire
others
