Job Description:
A company is looking for an M&A Tax Specialist to review and
reconcile tax balances of acquired clients.
Key Responsibilities
Execute the acquisition M&A project plan and assist in
maintaining a tax project plan
Analyze and balance liabilities, ensuring compliance through tax
filing history
Communicate tax configuration instructions to clients and submit
necessary documentation to agencies
Required Qualifications
1-4 years of HCM/Payroll and Tax experience
Ability to self-manage and independently deliver solutions
1-2 years of MasterTax experience is helpful
